Upon successful completion of this course, the student shall be able to: A. Discover an increase awareness for the art of music. B. Demonstrate a knowledge of music vocabulary. C. Discuss intelligently a music listening experience. D. Show understanding of prescribed pieces of music. E. Develop an understanding of western and other world music. F. Creatively express musical styles through projects or improvisational performce.
