Prerequisite: ACCT 121 "C" or better. An advanced study of the procedures and uses of QuickBooks software to account for the transactions of a business.

Upon successful completion of this course, the student shall be able to: A. Describe QuickBooks tools for tracking inventory. B. Setup inventory parts items. C. Create inventory purchase orders and reports. D. Enter time on timesheets and invoice customers for time. E. Create time reports. F. Setup payroll, payroll accounts and payroll items. G. Process payroll and create payroll reports. H. Create invoices from estimates. I. Track fixed assets. J. Process 1099s. K. Complete adjusting and closing process for sole proprietorships and partnerships.
