Students will learn principles of planning for equine facilities. Emphasis will be on selection, design, construction and operation and maintenance of structure.

Upon successful completion of this course, the student shall be able to: A. Select sites and design of equine facilities. B. List the properties of leather, care and quality. C. Demonstrate basic horse equipment and users. D. List factors in selecting horse hauling equipment.
