ECE-115 - Early Childhood Education
Early Childhood Education looks at current issues and trends in the field from a historical and philosophical perspective. Students examine several educational models, including their theoretical basis and their practical application in the structure, organization and content of in early childhood programs. They also discuss the values and personal traits of successful early childhood educators. As part of the course, students participate in directed observation at several area pre-schools/child care facilities.
