NRS 132 - Nutrition and Diet Therapy
This course is designed to provide knowledge about the basic principles of nutrition, nutrition in health promotion and nutrition in health care. The topics of this course include essential nutrients, their sources, absorption, metabolism and functions, nutrition across the life span, and an introduction to clinical nutrition.
