Art History III is a survey of western art from the late eighteenth century to the present. It covers the historical development of the visual arts, focusing on major artistic styles, movements, works of art and monuments. Works are examined as expressions of the ideas, beliefs and practices of artists, culturesand societies. No prior experience in art history is required.
